Casa Caminhos

Access to the house can be done via the E.N.125. You can find Casa Caminhos just after the main roundabout of Porches, passing the BP petrol station, coming from direction of Faro, following the direction Portimão/Lagoa.

It is an apartment, located on the first floor, above a very quiet commercial business showroom.

1st floor:
Bedroom 1: 2x single beds
Bedroom 2: 1x double bed with a door to the front terrace
Bedroom 3: 2x single beds

Bathroom 1: toilet, bidet, with a bathtub, shower and a double bowl basin.
Bathroom 2: toilet, with a cabin rain shower and a single bowl basin

Kitchen: fully equipped with dishes and utensils; Ceramic electric hob with 4 zones, multifunctional oven, solo built-in microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, wash machine, iron, board, toaster, coffee machine, among other electrical devices.

Common Living and dinning room: facing south, with a door to the terrace. The dinning room has sitting places for 6 persons. The living room is equipped with a TV, with Dutch, Belgium, German, Portuguese senders via Internet connection, WIFI via 3G/4G and enough sitting places.

Terrace: facing South, with parasols providing good shade, loungers, cushion sun mats, table with chairs.

Ground floor:
Back Garden: There are orange and lemon trees, which fruits you can pluck from the trees. A wide area for play and parking around the house. A BBQ is available. 

What is included in the Price:

• Bed linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels.
• For stays above 10 days, bed and bath linen will be changed half way the stay.
• Cleaned apartment upon arrival. Guests are expected to remove the waste and leave the apartment tidy upon leaving.
• Internet (wifi) provided for inside the house via ADSL MEO.
• TV channels via MEO the whole year; (for Dutch, French, German channels via IPTV, on request against additional charge);
• Electricity, Water.
• VAT%

Rules:

• Non Smoking only.
• No pets allowed.
• Children welcome.
• Maximum 6 guests.
• Minimum rental of 7 days.
• Deposit of 20% to fix the booking. Latest 8 weeks before your arrival, we need to receive the final amount including the security deposit.
• Security deposit of € 200. This total deposit will be refunded to your account after the final cleaning and check has taken place.
• Arrival days are flexible. Check in times after 16:00 and Check out time latest 10:00 a.m.
• The booking can only be fixed upon receiving confirmation of the deposit or of the full amount of the reservation.
• The details of foreign guests, including passport identification numbers must be provided upfront, in order to fill in and submit the legal requirement to SEF "Boletim Alojamento". 
• The guests should empty the waste themselves in the main container along the road E.N.125. Certain locations along the roads allow split of waste into recycle bins.
• Reviews about the house, can be sent via the contact form.
• A set of information about the house will be provided upon arrival. Please check the list and in case of non-conformity please inform us immediately.
